Alameda Point Collaborative is a supportive housing community that uses all its resources to help families and individuals break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. The organization is the largest supportive housing provider for homeless families in Alameda County, and its wide range of services give residents the tools they need for long-term success.
Reading Partners
Reading Partners is a national education nonprofit dedicated to improving students’ reading skills. The organization works in Title I elementary schools to support students from low-income communities who are reading 6 months to 2.5 years below grade-level.
