Fundraising Events
Haasloween

Haas's annual Halloween festivities start with an inter-cohort costume competition, and continue through the night at an off-campus venue. Haasloween 2014 raised $4,000 for our charities.
No Limits November

Building on the Haas tradition of hosting a community-wide fundraiser throughout the month of November, No Limits November is an opportunity for students to showcase their talents and creativity to raise money for our partner charities. Whether its hosting a kickball tournament, selling tshirts for The Big Game, teaching lessons in anything from surfing to salsa dancing, or pledging to run a marathon, Haasies compete individually and in cohorts to raise the most money.
Previous November fundraisers (including No Shave November, pictured here) have raised $40-50,000 annually for our partner organizations.
Holiday Ball

A black-tie fundraising event to celebrate the start of the Spring semester, featuring cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a live band. This is the first year that the Haas Holiday Ball will raise funds for C4C charities.
Polar Plunge

Berkeley MBA students brave frigid bay waters to raise money for the Special Olympics Northern California as part of the organization’s largest fundraiser, the Polar Plunge. The 2015 plunge in San Francisco Bay drew 20 Haas students, who raised $1500 for the Special Olympics. Every $125 raised sponsors one athlete for a year.
Dean's Scotch Tasting & Silent Auction

The Dean's Scotch Tasting is a Tri-Program black-tie fundraising event hosted by the Dean’s office, featuring both Scottish single malts as well as local artisanal whiskies. A silent auction is organized in conjunction with the Dean's Scotch Tasting, featuring items such as lunch with the Dean, happy hours and wine tastings with faculty members and vacation packages. The 2015 Scotch Tasting and Silent Auction raised over $14,000.
